Shitoryu Kata

In the Shitoryu style, the number of kata is relatively large and this is, among other things, for the reason that Soke Mabuni first trained with Master Itosu (the spiritual father of the Shotokan stream) and then with Master Higaonna (the spiritual father of the Gojoryu style).
